Marcos Scorzoni Lessa

Marcos Scorzoni Lessa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as the Partner Engagement & Expansion Manager at Gelato since 2019, Marcos has previously held positions as Operations Manager at Printi and Industrial Engineering Unit Manager at Volkswagen do Brasil, demonstrating a strong background in operational efficiency and industrial processes. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Process Engineer at Faber-Castell Brasil. Marcos is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) - USP and holds an MBA in Economics from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar. Additionally, training as a FullStack Developer was completed at Le Wagon in 2018.
