Eric Liu is a UX Engineer at Render since August 2021, previously serving as a Design Technologist at IBM from May 2017 to July 2021. At IBM, Eric led the development of Carbon Components Svelte, the Svelte implementation of the open-source Carbon Design System, and contributed to web applications focused on Conversational Design, Travel, and Enterprise Business Modeling utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node. Earlier in 2014, Eric interned as a UI Design Intern at Lightning Motorcycle, where design efforts included creating a digital 360° product showcase for the Lightning LS-218 model. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Practice from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2017.
