Darren Cohen

Darren Cohen is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in real estate and development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Asset Management at Gemdale USA Corporation since January 2020, Darren previously held the position of Director of Asset Management at LS CAPITAL Inc. from May 2017 to January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Regional Asset and Development Manager at EJM Development Co. for nearly 18 years and as a Research Analyst at Carneghi-Bautovich & Partners from 1997 to 1999. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Boston University, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995, and received early education at Harvard-Westlake and Oakwood Elementary.
