Ingrid Schepers

Ingrid Schepers is an experienced project leader and advisor specializing in urban development and social care. Currently serving as Project Leader for Urban Development and Team Leader for Policy, Contract Management & Quality at Gemeente Almelo since March 2021, Ingrid has also held multiple leadership roles in various municipalities, including Gemeente Zwartewaterland and Gemeente Hardenberg. Ingrid's background includes positions such as Senior Advisor at jb Lorenz, where expertise in supporting municipalities and care organizations was developed, as well as experience as a Commissioner at Rabobank Vaart en Vechtstreek. Ingrid holds a degree in Cultural and Social Formation from Hogeschool Windesheim and has completed several additional educational programs focused on governance and leadership.
