Boris Kocken

Boris Kocken is an experienced attorney at law specializing in advisory and litigation within Administrative law, Sanction law, Zoning and Planning law, and Environmental law at Vyborg Legal since July 2012. Kocken serves on the Member Advisory Committee on the Rule of Law for the Netherlands Bar Association and is an active member of the General Board of Montessori Stichting Vreugd en Rust. As Chairman of the Appeals Committee for the Municipality of Beuningen and the Municipality of Noordoostpolder, along with roles as Deputy Chairman for the Appeals Committee in Gemeente Noordwijk and Chairman for the Appeals Committee in the Municipality of Eindhoven, Kocken provides advisory support on administrative appeals.
