Gaby de Meij

Gaby De Meij is an experienced project manager specializing in organizational change and human resources management. Currently serving as Projectmanager organisatieverandering Stadsontwikkeling at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since April 2022, Gaby also holds the position of Projectmanager transitie GRD aan gemeente Dordrecht since April 2021. With a long-standing affiliation with BMC Implementatie, Gaby has played pivotal roles as a Projectleider in regionalizing fire services and as a Senior adviseur HRM providing strategic HR guidance. Additional experience includes various project leadership and advisory roles across several municipalities, including Gemeente Haaren, Gemeente Steenbergen, and Gemeente Haaksbergen, along with a strong background in managing HRM-related projects at both BMC and its predecessors since 2000. Gaby earned a Bachelor of Science in Moderne geschiedenis from Utrecht University between 1976 and 1982.
