Willem Hein Schenk

Willem Hein Schenk is an experienced architect and advisor with a substantial background in urban planning and architectural quality. Currently serving as Voorzitter Q-team Rivium for Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since December 2023, Schenk also holds multiple roles at Gemeente Haarlem, including Adviseur omgevingskwaliteit for the Spaarneboog project, Voorzitter of the supervisieteam Haarlem Nieuw Zuid, and Stadsarchitect since May 2019. In addition, Schenk leads the Q-team De Entree in Zoetermeer since February 2022. Previously, Schenk was a partner and advisor at De Zwarte Hond from January 1992 to December 2019, served as Voorzitter at BNA Branchevereniging van Nederlandse Architectenbureaus from September 2011 to August 2015, and held the position of Voorzitter at the Vereniging Vrienden van het NAi from April 2008 to October 2011. Willem Hein Schenk obtained an education from Delft University of Technology from 1981 to 1988.
