Thales Kolsteren

Thales Kolsteren has been serving as a Policy Officer in Spatial Planning and as a Spatial Planning Advisor at Gemeente Coevorden since July 2018, where responsibilities also include acting as a Permit Issuer under the Environmental Protection Act (Wabo). Prior to this role, Thales worked at Webhelp from September 2015 to July 2018 as a Service Desk Employee for NUON Business. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental & Infrastructure Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Human Geography and Planning, both obtained from the University of Groningen, as well as participation in the Erasmus Programme at Latvijas Universitate in 2014.
