Paul van Den Akker

Paul van den Akker is a seasoned professional in spatial planning, currently serving as a zoning plan and construction assessor at Gemeente Deurne since March 2018, where responsibilities include assessing preliminary requests and advising on plan deviations. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions in spatial planning across multiple municipalities, including Gemeente Reusel - de Mierden, Gemeente Veldhoven, and Gemeente Boekel. Earlier experience includes working as an employee in the Geo-Information department at Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch, as well as roles as a spatial planning advisor and project planner. Paul holds a master's degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning from Wageningen University & Research and a bachelor's degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
