Marja Lambregts-Kolmeijer

Marja Lambregts-Kolmeijer is an experienced project leader specializing in spatial projects and housing development, currently serving as Projectleider ruimtelijke projecten at gemeente Drimmelen since May 2020. In this role, Marja manages housing projects, oversees the Omgevingsvisie, and is a member of the implementation steering group for the Omgevingswet, while also working on recreational development projects in Drimmelen. Prior to this, Marja held the position of Projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling en volkshuisvesting at gemeente Bergen op Zoom, where responsibilities included issues related to labor migrants and urban renewal. Marja's extensive career also features a senior advisory role at gemeente Halderberge, contributing to various policy visions and housing projects over a span of more than two decades, alongside earlier positions in Rotterdam and Hilversum. Marja holds a degree from Breda University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1991 and 1995.
