Roy Rutenfrans

Roy Rutenfrans has extensive experience in management and consulting within various sectors, notably in infrastructure and environmental policy. Currently serving as Afdelingsmanager Beleid, Infrastructuur en Milieu at Gemeente Ede since May 2016, previous roles include senior consultant and project manager at Brink Management / Advies from August 2007 to April 2016. Roy has also held leadership positions at Deventer Ziekenhuis and Walibi World early in their career. Educational qualifications include a KIM degree focused on management quality from vanHarte&Lingsma and a bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
