Kitty van Baaren

Kitty van Baaren is an experienced omgevingsmanager at Gemeente Etten-Leur, specializing in the project for the construction of a tunnel and eastern ring road since July 2016. Responsibilities include engaging the community and managing communication and participation. Prior roles include a writing coach focusing on enhancing colleagues' writing skills at the B1 language level, a traffic and transport advisor participating in strategic regional discussions, and an environmental advisor guiding complex spatial development requests.
