Eduard Baars

Eduard Baars is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Inkoopadviseur at Gemeente Gouda since January 2023. Baars previously worked as a Procurement Specialist at i+solutions from November 2015 to June 2022 and held positions at GLS and K.A. Havelaar & Zn. BV. Additionally, Baars gained management support experience and supervised examinations in fire safety at CertoPlan during academic studies. Educationally, Baars earned a Bachelor of European Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences and participated in an Erasmus Exchange Semester at Pforzheim University focusing on International Business.
