Rijk Meuleman

Rijk Meuleman currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Gemeente Gouda since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rijk held various positions at Gemeente Zuidplas from June 2008 to July 2023, including Beleidsadviseur I&A, Informatiebeveiligingscoördinator, and Projectleider ICT infrastructuur. Rijk's early career includes serving as Afdelingshoofd Interne Dienstverlening and Sectiechef Facilitaire Zaken at Gemeente Zevenhuizen-Moerkapelle between 2000 and 2009. Rijk has pursued extensive education in information security management, culminating in a Post HBO Information Security Management Professional from the Security Academy in 2014, alongside multiple courses from the Bestuursacademie.
