Henk Noyen

Henk Noyen has extensive experience in the field of functional management and operational consulting, currently serving as a Senior Functional Manager and Operational Advisor at Gemeente Hengelo since July 2007. Noyen is also the owner of H&K DBSolutions, where expertise as an architect and builder of a significant fund management software program, ClipFonds, has been applied since January 1984. Previous roles include Application Manager at Gemeente Hellendoorn (February 2003 - June 2007), Knowledge Systems Consultant and instructor at XCent BV (February 2002 - January 2003), and Group Leader of Social Domain Administration at Gemeente Landgraaf (January 1980 - January 2002).
