Coen Wijnhoven

Coen Wijnhoven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in green space management and environmental consultancy. Currently holding multiple roles since May 2024, Coen operates as a Toezichthouder openbare ruimte/ groen at Gemeente Heerlen and as a Medewerker contractteam CFOOR at Provincie Limburg, along with serving as an Afkoppelcoach for the Waterklaar initiative in Gemeente Horst aan de Maas and Gemeente Roermond. Coen also owns Wijnhoven Groenadvies, an independent consulting firm focused on green spaces and play areas, and is the Founder of GreensTile, which promotes greening concepts for outdoor spaces. Coen's previous experiences include overseeing fiber optic installations and managing urban green projects in various municipalities. Coen's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Garden and Landscape Design from Van Hall Larenstein University and expertise in green management from AOC Roermond.
