Gerard van Harskamp

Gerard van Harskamp has extensive experience in urban management and civil projects, currently serving as Teammanager Openbare Ruimte at Gemeente Koggenland since September 2011, overseeing the department focused on civil works, public buildings, and municipal housing. Previously, Gerard held the position of Projectleider/Coordinator Openbare Ruimte at Grontmij Group from May 1987 to May 2011, where responsibilities included leading civil projects.
