Yvana van Riet

Yvana van Riet currently serves as a Juridisch Adviseur Handhaving / Openbare Orde en Veiligheid at Gemeente Land van Cuijk since January 2022. Previously, Yvana worked as a Handhavingsjurist en coördinator handhaving at Werkorganisatie CGM from February 2020 to December 2021 and as a Juridisch adviseur ROM at Remie FJA between January 2013 and January 2020, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on spatial planning and environmental law and engaging in litigation. Additionally, Yvana gained experience in policy development regarding temporary advertising structures while working as a Beleidsmedewerkster at Gemeente Gennep in early 2012 and as an intern in the same area. In the realm of sports, Yvana coached and trained volleyball teams and youth players from August 2006 to July 2015. Yvana holds a Master of Laws from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution, along with a VWO diploma from Elzendaal College.
