Marcel Bruggers

Marcel Bruggers is a seasoned professional in project management and innovation, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Gemeente Lansingerland since 2022, overseeing the implementation of noise barriers and enhancing traffic safety. Marcel also holds the position of Associate Partner at Boer & Croon, collaborating on innovation and development projects for (semi)public organizations. As Director at D-Biscuit Innovation, Marcel supports (semi)governments in interim management roles, focusing on strategic implementation and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include strategic advisor for the Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma and various leadership positions within municipal organizations, contributing to innovation, area development, and stakeholder management.
