Klaas Haije de Jong

Klaas Haije de Jong is an experienced legal planner and spatial planning professional currently serving as a Juridisch planoloog at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since July 2015, with expertise in bestemmingsplannen, ruimtelijke onderbouwingen, and omgevingswet. Prior experience includes positions as Planoloog - Jurist RO at De Langhenkel Groep and various roles in spatial planning policy at Gemeente Kaag en Braassem. Klaas Haije has also worked in policy development and education, having served as a geography teacher. Klaas holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Geography and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Groningen.
