Huib Koman

Huib Koman is an architect and owner of architectenbureau Huib Koman, established in August 2010, specializing in the maintenance, restoration, renovation, and transformation of existing buildings. Koman actively seeks architectural structures, owner stories, and valuable characteristics to inspire unique designs. In addition to leading their firm, Koman contributes to various committees, including as a (restoration) architect for the Gemeente Oisterwijk, a member focused on technical sustainability for the Gemeente Roosendaal, and a member of Brabants Goed. Previous roles include serving as a Brabant Pionier for Provincie Noord-Brabant, engaging with students as a Technasium Begeleider at Jeroen Bosch College, and holding positions at multiple architectural firms. Koman holds a Master's degree in Building Technology and Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology and a post-HBO specialization in Bouwhistorie en Restauratie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
