Marit de Nooij

Marit de Nooij is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Career Advisor at Gemeente Soest since September 2017, while also operating as the owner of deNooij-HRPartner, providing career coaching and training since February 2015. Previous roles include Allround Assistant at De Nieuwe Stad, where Marit supported HBO students, and HR Advisor at BMC Groep, offering consultation and support to management on personnel matters. With a strong foundation in HR management from various organizations since 1987, Marit has also held leadership positions in P&O teams and developed HR departments. Marit completed post-HBO career coaching training at Vista Nova and holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and Lean Six Sigma.
