Esther van Ommen - Lukas

Esther van Ommen - Lukas currently serves as a Jeugdconsulent at Gemeente Steenwijkerland since February 2024. Prior to this role, Esther was employed at Groot - Emaus from December 2016 to February 2024, holding the positions of Integraal begeleider D and Persoonlijk begeleider C. Experience also includes supporting a family with children and a father facing challenges related to autism and low IQ at PGB from January 2014 to January 2017, and developing a transition program for children aged 15 to 18 at House Andrew Murray during a foreign internship in 2014. Additional experience includes supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health issues through various internships and roles since 2011, complemented by educational qualifications comprising a Master's degree from Viaa (2021-2023) and a post-graduate qualification in complex care coordination from Teams Aanzet (2020).
