Charlotte van Aken

Charlotte van Aken is an experienced project leader and procurement advisor with a comprehensive background in public sector purchasing and project management. Currently serving as Projectleider aanbestedingen at Gemeente Utrecht since November 2024, Charlotte has also held positions such as Inkoopadviseur / eigenaar at BBGF Inkoop and Projectleider at various municipalities including Gemeente Gouda and Gemeente Eindhoven. With expertise in strategic procurement and transition management for social services, Charlotte has contributed significantly to projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in public procurement processes.
