Matthijs Hoek

Matthijs Hoek is an experienced Project Manager in the IT and media sectors, currently serving at Gemeente Utrecht since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matthijs held various positions at NEP The Netherlands from November 2015 to July 2024, including Project Manager, Floor Manager, and Media Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading technical projects for RTL Nederland's broadcast division and managing media content for several prominent channels. Matthijs also contributed to Nederlandse Spoorwegen as a Projectmedewerker and held several web development and communication roles earlier in the career. Matthijs holds a Master's degree in Film and Television Studies from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
