Astrid van Deursen

Astrid van Deursen is an accomplished professional in the fields of sports consultancy, health, and wellness. Since April 2019, Astrid has served as the owner of Mesics consultancy, delivering consultancy, training, coaching, and orthomolecular therapy focused on movement and healthy lifestyles. Concurrently, Astrid has worked as a sport consultant for the Municipality of Valkenswaard since September 2015, overseeing initiatives related to social welfare, adapted sports, and employee health. Previous roles include personal coaching for individuals with disabilities, regional disability sports coaching in Eindhoven, and project management for the "Sociaal & Vitaal Valkenswaard" initiative. Astrid's education includes a Master of Science in Sport and Movement Innovation from HAN University and various qualifications in orthomolecular therapy and sports massage.
