Henriëtte van Est

Henri D. is an experienced professional in the fields of law enforcement, military training, and technology. Currently serving as a Technical Sergeant and Combat Arms Training & Maintenance (CATM) Weapons Instructor with the California Air National Guard since July 2024, Henri also operates Contact Front Combat Systems LLC, focusing on program development for Advanced Firearms Training and combatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Police Officer with the Rialto Police Department and as a Deputy Sheriff for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, where duties included arrest and detention and emergency medicine. Henri's background also features founding Kids In Code, developing coding classes, and leadership roles at The Founder Institute. Notable military experience with the US Air Force Reserve involved maintaining aircraft safety and procedures. Additionally, experience in technology management was gained at VIZIO, overseeing a major eCommerce project and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Educational achievements include an Aerospace Maintenance and Management degree from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Arts from Fullerton College.
