Kevin Benning

Kevin Benning currently serves as Beleidsadviseur Economische Zaken at GEMEENTE VELSEN since October 2021. Previously, Kevin held several roles in local government, including Fractievoorzitter VVD Beverwijk and Gemeenteraadslid at Gemeente Beverwijk from March 2018 to March 2022, and participated as a Steunfractielid and Bestuurslid at VVD Beverwijk from April 2015 to March 2018. Kevin's professional experience also includes working at Knab as a Medewerker Klantacceptatie en Beheer, and at ABN AMRO MeesPierson as an Assistent Private Banking. Earlier roles include positions at Lemo Connectors Benelux, Commodity Discovery Fund, and GGZ NHN, among others. Kevin holds a Master of Science degree in Bestuurskunde and a Bachelor’s degree in Politicologie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed between 2013 and 2020.
