Debbie Jans

Debbie Jans is a seasoned professional with a strong background in communication and process facilitation, holding various roles in organizations dedicated to inclusivity and community engagement in education and sports. Currently serving as Procesbegeleider Inclusief Onderwijs Venray and Coalitieregisseur Gezonde school at Gemeente Venray, Debbie has also contributed as a communication advisor and process facilitator at Factor Jans since February 2019. Additional roles include Leercoach Besturen met Impact and Procesbegeleider Diversiteit & Inclusie at KNVB, along with ongoing involvement as a procesbegeleider at NOC*NSF, supporting local sports associations.
