Ellen Koornwinder

Ellen Koornwinder is an experienced legal professional specializing in administrative and criminal law, currently serving as an advocate at Juncto advocaten since August 2016. Additionally, Ellen holds positions as a member and chair of the Appeals Committee for the Municipality of Zandvoort and the Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard. Previous roles include practicing environmental law at Kortman Advocaten and serving as an advisor and senior jurist in various legal capacities, including at the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment and the DCMR Milieudienst Rijnmond. Ellen has extensive experience in legal advice and advocacy, particularly in areas related to public law and environmental enforcement. Educational qualifications include a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completion of the Dutch Bar Association's professional training.
