Karthik Payyalore Thyagarajan is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Director at GEMS Education since April 2021, focusing on high-visibility Ed-Tech solutions and implementing innovative technologies such as Extended Reality and Virtual Reality to improve customer experiences. Concurrently, Karthik serves as an honorary Consultant for HelloPixels, providing technical and business insights for digital solutions. Previously, Karthik held several key roles at Dubai Airports from October 2008 to February 2022, including Commercial Category Manager, where oversight of a diverse team ensured revenue targets were met, and Product Owner, managing the Contract Management system implementation. Karthik's career also includes significant roles as Software Engineer at Emirates Airline and Senior System Analyst at Sonata Software, along with experience in software development at Gemini Software Solutions. Karthik holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
