Lee-Anne D'Aoust

Lee-Anne D'Aoust has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Director of Legal at GEMS Education since May 2017. Prior to this role, D'Aoust held the position of Executive Director - Head of Legal (Commercial Banking) at National Bank of Abu Dhabi from June 2015 to February 2017. Experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Barclays and as an Associate in both the Banking Group at Dentons and the Middle East & Islamic Finance Group at King & Spalding. D'Aoust began a legal career as an Associate at Clifford Chance and Minden Gross LLP. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University, an MBA from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Waterloo.
