Rony El Kady

Rony El Kady is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Deputy Director of Education and University Guidance and Careers Manager at GEMS Education since August 2020, alongside the role of Assistant Director of Academic Programmes with a focus on Quality Assurance. Prior to GEMS Education, Rony El Kady held the position of Key Stage 1 Coordinator at Windrose Academy from August 2018 to August 2020 and contributed as a Kg 2 Teacher and Kg 1/ECE Teacher at the British Columbia Canadian International School (BCCIS) - West from December 2009 to July 2018, including a leadership role as Team Lead-Teacher during the 2015-2016 school year. Rony El Kady's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from The College of New Jersey (2009-2011), a Bachelor in Art from The American University in Cairo (2004-2008), and an American Diploma/IB from Cairo American College (1994-2004).
