Allisa Bell

Allisa Bell, EdD, is currently the Director of Training & Development at Gen II Fund Services, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Allisa served in various roles at Empower from 2011 to March 2023, culminating in the role of Manager of Talent Development, where responsibilities included leading talent development efforts and enhancing employee engagement through innovative onboarding and training programs. Earlier roles at Empower included Internal Talent Consultant and Learning & Development Educator, focusing on cultural transformation and process improvements. Allisa's career also includes founding Complete Medical Educators, Inc. and serving as Operations & Finance Director at Denver Urgent Care|Injury Management Services. Allisa holds an EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, an MS in Business and Project Management from Colorado State University Global, and a BS in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver.
