Emma Pratt

Emma Pratt is an accomplished professional specializing in finance and corporate development, currently serving as Senior Associate in M&A Integration at Uber since January 2022, following previous roles in Strategic Finance. Emma co-founded Girl Math Capital, an investing syndicate aimed at early career women, in November 2023 and became a Venture Scout at Gen Emma in April 2024. Prior experience includes investment banking roles at Bank of America and growth equity analysis at Frontier Growth. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business minor from Vanderbilt University, complemented by study programs at St. Louis University, The London School of Economics, and Brown University.
