Ted Hastings

Ted has over 20 years of experience across management, finance, accounting, and board advisor roles. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of RhythmOne (AIM: RTHM), an American digital advertising technology company that was sold to Tremor International (AIM: TRMR), formerly known as Taptica, for US$176M. Previously, Ted was also Chief Executive Officer of Perk.com, prior to its US$42.5M acquisition by RhythmOne (AIM: RTHM). He has extensive board experience having served on the boards of Fongo, PUSH Strength, Coreworx, Communitech, and Fiix (acquired by Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) in 2020). Ted has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and was presented with the Award of Distinction from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
