Rafael A. Castañeda is an experienced leader in workforce development and educational partnerships, currently serving as the VP of Enterprise & Academic Partnerships at General Assembly since January 2024. Previously, Rafael held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at MedCerts, where growth was achieved from $25M to $48M, and over $4M in grants were secured. Other notable positions include Director of Postsecondary Strategy at Jobs for the Future and Dean of Education at CBD College. Rafael's extensive academic achievements include a Master of Education from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Washington University, alongside a Lean Principles Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
