Jessica Nicholas

Jessica Nicholas is currently a Capital Partnering Associate at General Atlantic, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Private Equity Associate at Incline Equity Partners from October 2021 to November 2023, where the focus was on investing in growing companies with enterprise values between $25 million and $750 million. Prior to Incline, Jessica worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners and BMO Capital Markets, where roles spanned from October 2020 to October 2021 and July 2019 to October 2020, respectively, with an earlier position as a Summer Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in 2018. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from Villanova University, graduated in 2019, and completed high school at New Trier Township High School in 2015.
