Christie House

Christie House serves as a Senior Writer and Editor at the General Board of Global Ministries, United Methodist Church, since 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing the New World Outlook magazine, which highlights mission activities across 120 countries. Initially, Christie held the position of Associate Editor for New World Outlook since March 1996 and has been involved with the General Board of Global Ministries since 1987, further contributing to the organization as an Editor. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant General Manager at George Street Playhouse from 1985 to 1987. Christie holds an M.F.A. in Playwriting from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in English, Theater, and Sociology from Drew University.
