Tarun Sawhney

Tarun Sawhney is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management, planning, and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Finance Shared Service Head for GDT - General Datatech since April 2022, Tarun has played a key role in establishing the finance shared service center in India and is a valued member of the senior leadership team. Prior roles include AVP - Finance Controller at Coforge, Global Finance Controller at IBM, and various finance leadership positions within IBM and American Express. Tarun holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, complemented by a recent certificate course in Sustainability Reporting.
