Tracy Elliott Loper

Tracy Elliott Loper is an experienced professional in procurement and travel management, currently serving as Services and Travel Commodity Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems since November 2000. Responsibilities include leading a national team of category buyers, focusing on spend leveraging and process streamlining.
