Shane Dillon

Shane Dillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at General Insurance Broker Asia since May 2024, Shane is instrumental in transforming the insurance brokerage landscape in Vietnam. As Founding Partner and Country Manager for Tenzing Pacific Insurance Services since November 2012, Shane has led the firm to become a prominent player in Southeast Asia. Other notable ventures include founding Cturtle, an AI-driven platform addressing global talent shortages, and co-founding SherpaWise and Ventus Group AI, both focused on innovative solutions in their respective markets. Shane's academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics and advancing towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and Finance at Curtin University.
