Devon Muse

Devon Muse serves as the Corporate Secretary and In-House Counsel at General Shale since June 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Director/Member at Pioneer Advocacy PLLC from September 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed managing business practices, overseeing litigation, and serving as a Guardian ad Litem. Previous judicial roles include serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Additional experience includes legislative coordination at Project MI and various legal research positions. Devon Muse holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from East Tennessee State University.
