Mathias Endres

Mathias Endres is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Generali Group. Currently serving as Head of Cost and FTE Management and Head of Group Financial Steering at Generali Deutschland AG since August 2019, Mathias also holds the position of CEO at both Generali Pensionsfonds AG and Generali Deutschland Pensionskasse AG. Previous roles include CFO at Generali Lebensversicherung AG and various leadership positions at CENTRAL Krankenversicherung AG, including Abteilungsleiter Betriebsorganisation and Abeilungsleiter Unternehmensentwicklung. Mathias began a career at Generali Deutschland Schadenmanagement GmbH and later worked at AMB Generali Holding AG and PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory as a Senior Consultant. Mathias holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
