Allyson C. currently serves as the Chief Program & Impact Officer at Generation Citizen since October 2022 and has taken on the role of Managing Director, Program & Impact. Recently selected as a Catalyst for the Women's Impact Alliance, Allyson is participating in the Unlock Your Leadership program designed for young women leaders in social change. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CollegeSpring from March 2016 to September 2022, where roles included Director of Program Quality and Learning and Programs Manager, focusing on program delivery quality and partner relationships. Other positions held encompass Education Pioneer Fellow at United Way of New York City, TRIO Talent Search Counselor at Rutgers University, Dean of Students at Success Academy Charter Schools, Deputy Campus Director at Citizen Schools, and Teacher at New Jersey Community Development Corporation. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Rider University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Peter's University.
