Dr. Marsha Chinichian

Dr. Marsha Chinichian serves as the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health at Generations Healthcare since October 2023 and as a Clinical Advisor at Heal since September 2023. In addition, Dr. Chinichian has been an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology since 2019, teaching courses on mental health disorders, behavior modification, principles of learning, and multicultural counseling. Previously, Dr. Chinichian was the Chief Science Officer at mindshine from March 2019 to June 2022, focusing on developing mental fitness training content and delivering personal development programs. Prior experience includes a VP position in Training and Development at Bank of America, where Dr. Chinichian created a national sales and operational training program. Dr. Chinichian holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
