Josh Mackenzie is an experienced operational and customer operations manager, currently serving as the Operational Outcomes Manager at Genesis since January 2023, where Josh focuses on transforming IT vendor relationships through collaborative partnerships. Prior to this, Josh led customer operations at Easy Crypto and held leadership roles that emphasized business process optimization and client relationship management.
