Kalley Sepanski

Kalley Sepanski is an experienced professional in workplace experience and event coordination. Currently serving as AVP of Workplace Experience at Genesis since May 2022, Kalley previously held the position of Workplace Experience Associate. Prior to that, Kalley worked at Goldman Sachs as a Conference Coordinator for a short duration in 2022. Additionally, Kalley has a solid background in the hospitality and events sector, having worked as a Supervisor at Graduate Hotels from November 2015 to March 2020 and as an Event Coordinator at Great Day Events from January 2018 to September 2019. Kalley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2015 and 2018.
