Madhava Challa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Genesys since January 2019, Madhava has previously held significant positions at Capgemini, specializing in Digital Transformation and DevOps, and served as Sr Director at AHM, focusing on healthcare technology solutions. Earlier career highlights include roles at HP Software Professional Services, where Madhava advanced from Consulting Manager to Industry Lead, as well as experiences at Satyam and Cambridge Technology Partners. Madhava's career began as an entrepreneur at Mecspert Systems, alongside a foundational role at WIPRO Systems. Madhava holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
