Raul Cevallos

Raul Cevallos is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in project leadership and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of CX Advisory and Transformation at Genesys since March 2024, Raul previously held the position of Senior Principal at West Monroe, where focus was placed on delivering measurable business results through technology. As Principal Consultant at Credera, expertise in large-scale global enterprise transformations was applied. Raul also led significant initiatives at Nielsen, where the establishment of a Project Management Office and Change Management practice supported numerous high-profile client deployments. Prior experience includes transformative roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to major projects and systems development, including the founding of the Security Exchange Commission in Russia. Raul holds a degree in Information Management from Instituto Ecuatoriano de Informatica.
